Delivery

All jewellery is dispatched within 5 days to 28 days upon receiving your prints. So the quicker the prints are returned the quicker you can receive your jewellery. Every item of jewellery listed online has a dispatch time of how long it will take to make. However we can expedite this process in some cases, please get in touch if your request is urgent.

 

All UK jewellery is posted Next Day before 1pm delivery for insurance and safety. However with recent events royal mail have extended their delivery times to before 3pm and is still fully insured and guaranteed before 5pm.

 

All International jewellery is sent International Tracked by Royal Mail, they estimate 5 - 12 days for delivery.

However during busy seasonal periods this may take up to 21 days. Please let us know if you urgently need jewellery sooner or on a specific day as we may be able to make the jewellery quicker for you. All jewellery comes in a beautiful printed gift box with tissue & ribbon ready to gift.

Cancellations, Ammendments, Damage or Loss:

If you wish to cancel your order, you may at anytime prior to the piece being made. If you have received a print kit, you are welcome to return it in resellable condition and we will refund you in full. If you have used the print kit & change your mind, we will refund you minus the cost of the print kit. If we have started your order, becuase everything is made bespoke, it is important to let us know ASAP if you wish to cancel and we will refund what we can from the material cost/labour incurred and what can be re-used or needs to be discarded.

If you have the wrong ring size, we will be happy to re-size for free for you. Simply post us the ring back and we will make larger or smaller. We will only ask for the return postage of the jewellery to be paid for us to return the item to you.

If you feel damage has occurred to the jewellery from a faulty setting or something without any clear impact, we will of course fix for you ASAP within 6 months or if a reasonable maker fault has occurred. However if you damage an item, we will fix for you, for a small fee.
