Every order placed you will receive a free pet print kit which is dispatched within 1 - 2 days. Inside the pet print kit is an easy to use putty to take perfect pet prints. Inside the pet print kit are some easy to follow instructions and some spare putty to allow for any mistakes. We also include a free postage return slip with free UK return postage so you can simply pop them back in the envelope and drop them in the post box. However if you are ordering from overseas we can only provide the addressed mailing bag and not the overseas postage.
Once we receive your pet prints we will carefully craft your jewellery and dispatch it within 5 days. All our jewellery is sent fully insured and gift wrapped in a beautiful luxury gift box.

Ring Measurements:Ring band is made from your choice of gold and is fully hallmarked as per UK regulations.
Print Kit Details:
The kit will include enough putty to make up to 2 paw pad prints. The putty is very easy to use and if you aren't happy with the first print you can re-roll & try again as it takes a few minutes before setting. Once you are happy with your print you can leave it to set & then post it back to us in the included mailing bag. The kit has a full picture guide, instructions & an order form to quote your order reference or any engraving details you wish to include or update about your order.
*White Gold - will take an extra 2 weeks and include rhodium plating to enhance the white gold finish. This will need to be renewed every 6 months - 1 years pending on how often the jewellery is worn.

Ring sizes can be found out from any jewellers or pawn shop. You can visit and get your finger measured. Each finger is a different size so be sure to get the finger measured that you wish to wear the ring on.
We have a chart included in the listing that shows the UK / AUS / USA & other International ring sizes for you to compare your ring size to a UK size to be able to place your order.
We can re-size rings where applicable but there will be a small charge if it is dramatically increased or decreased in size.
Delivery:
All jewellery is dispatched within the stated time frame on each listing. We estimate with the postage & the prompt return of the print kits for jewellery turn around times to be:
UK orders 10 - 25 days
International orders 3 weeks - 6 weeks
Repairs:
If a fault occurs with your jewellery findings, we will fix wherever possible within 6 months of purchase for free. This is extrememly unlikely as all jewellery under goes strength tests. However if you accidentally damage your own ring we will happily fix at a discount for you, but a small fee will go towards the materials required to fix the damage. It is important to us that you enjoy your jewellery for a lifetime.
Returns:
We will accept refunds on orders & refund you in full if the print kit has been returned to us in resellable condition. Or we will minus the cost of the print kit off your order. If you have already returned the print kit or your order is personalised from a bespoke engraving, fingerprint, or identifying feature we will be unable to sell on and won't be able to refund you.
If you are returning prints or jewellery from overseas please state that you are returning goods or you may be liable of import charges.
If you aren't happy with an aspect of your jewellery, we pride ourselves on quality so please get in touch to discuss and we can try to ammend the problem.
Care:
All sterling silver jewellery and gold jewellery will need to be carefully looked after to protect the finish and detail of the prints. We recommend when washing up, showering or any water based activity to remove the jewellery as water, perfumes, cleaning chemicals and creams will discolour the gold and silver.
We also strongly advise to remove jewellery when you are taking part in any physical activity that will impact the jewellery such as sport, gym, physical DIY jobs or bartending for rings (lifting Kegs) etc.
Jewellery can be repolished with a little silver polish and soft jewellery cloth.
